Sinulog 2009 Grand Mardigra it is where the highlight of the celebration take place. More than 50 contingents from different places around Philippines battle it out for the crown of Sinulog 2009. With its unique dance, bright and relaxing color of there customs, the beat of the drums, and there floats with nice and colorful design.
Sinulog is a yearly festival during third week of January here in Cebu Philippines. This festival honors the patron of Cebu Santo Niño (the child Jesus) giving thanks and asking for peace and prosperity for the City. Sinulog features the drum beat; trumpet and native gong, the contest starts in Cebu City Sports Complex then go around the street of Cebu City back to the complex.
